Rental Policy

All charges are for time out, whether used or not.
Please make your selections carefully.

Reservations - Reserve your party and wedding needs in advance. This will assure availability. A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Should you cancel, you will forfeit your deposit.
 
PAYMENT - In addition to the 50% deposit, the full cost of the contract will be required 2 weeks in advance of rental date. This includes rental equipment, merchandise and additional services such as decorating, set-up/take-down etc. "Special Orders" require full payment in advance and cannot be changed or cancelled.
 
DELIVERY - Delivery and Pickup is available for a fee. This delivery charge is for door to door service. Long carry or up and down stairs will constitute additional charge. Special containers are provided for china, silver, glassware, etc. to insure that you receive your items sterilized, undamaged and "table ready". Our delivery personnel are instructed to neatly stack all items in a mutually convenient place on delivery. OUR COUNT if items must be accepted unless we are notified IMMEDIATELY, NO CREDIT will be given for unused equipment.
 
PICKUP - All china, silver, utensils, etc. should be clean and repacked in the same containers as delivered. A charge will be made for all boxes, crates and racks NOT returned. All breakage, loss and cleaning charges are in addition to rental charges. Linen should be refuse free and dry to prevent staining and mildew. Linens that are returned with wax on them will be considered ruined. The retail cost of the linen will be deducted from the deposit. Tables and chairs are to be folded and stacked unless prior arrangements have been made with us to provide this service.
 
LOSS OR DAMAGE - Responsibility for equipment remains with the renter from the time of delivery to time of return. Please be sure equipment is protected from weather and secured when not in use. We do charge for missing items and badly stained or wax on linens. Optional Damage Waiver Coverage (DWC) is available. This will cover renter for accidental damage to equipment loss due to fire and windstorm.
 
DEPOSIT RETURN - The 50% deposit is held until the rental items are returned and inventoried. If there is any breakage or loss, the retail cost will be deducted from the deposit. Remaining deposit will then be returned to you.
